At Soleil, your satisfaction matters. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition and packaging
- Free from any damage caused after delivery
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@thesoleilshades.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide instructions on where to send your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Soleil is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thesoleilshades.com with photos of the issue. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.
