How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your favorite pair, and click Add to Cart. Follow the checkout steps to complete your purchase. It's that easy!

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us at support@thesoleilshades.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! No matter where you are, we'll get your shades to you.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer two shipping options: Standard Shipping for $8.00 and Express Shipping for $15.00. Your shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Visit our Refund & Return Policy page for full details.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the style you want.

Yes! All Soleil shades come with UV-protective lenses to keep your eyes safe while you look good.

Are the frames lightweight?

Absolutely. Our frames are designed for all-day comfort — lightweight enough to forget you're wearing them.
